Recently, I was gifted the 17-In-1 KBS Bread Machine from my husband. I was so happy and couldn't wait to start baking with it. Not only did it not smell good, it also caused me a lot of pain due to needing to live a more gluten free lifestyle. Gather the following ingredients to embark on your bread-making journey with a bread machine. Please place the items in the bread pan in the order that it’s listed with the water being the first to go in and the instant yeast being the last to go in. 


1 Cup Lukewarm Water
1/3 Cup Lukewarm Milk
3 tbsp Butter
3 3/4 Cup Bread Flour
3 tbsp Sugar
1 1/4 tsp Salt
2 tsp Bread Machine Instant Yeast

  2. Remove and Cool (1 hour): Once the machine signals completion, carefully remove the bread pan. Allow the bread to cool on a wire rack for at least an hour before slicing.
